Our client, a leading property developer in the Midlands, needed an accurate roof survey completed on his client's property in Long Eaton near Nottingham. The roof, which was believed to be at least 40 years old, inherently is very dangerous for physical inspections and given the collective of buildings being covered in 30,000 sq ft of Asbestos, a massive scaffolding and safety equipment project - with the associated high costs.

Our recent project for LCM Group, a major building and maintenance client, were concerned that the cost of traditionally inspecting a leaking roof on a central Liverpool Apartment block was prohibitive.
